Disable airplane mode. This should work. Once you get fixated to the satellites, you can enable airplane mode. You can also try to change /system/etc/gps.conf to point to europe instead of north-america

Try to make sure date/time of phone is correct.
Fails to boot on desktop with some panic error. So do the following: 1. During boot, on screen that prompts to boot from CD or hd, press tab, then select 2nd option (boot from HD), and also enter: -v busratio=18
